Wolves player's transfer comments used against him – Didn't want to play for 'inferior' team

Jorgen Strand Larsen's transfer comments this summer have been turned against the striker, as Wolverhampton Wanderers struggle early on this season.
AS cover the player today and how his comments on not wanting to play for an 'inferior' team are ringing a little hollow at this point.
The newspaper explains that Larsen has become somewhat accustomed to relegation battles in his career after two straight years of it with Celta and now Wolves.
It's early on in the season for the latter but they're currently bottom of the Premier League with one point from six games and struggling.
That's something that hasn't gone unnoticed back in Spain, where the striker ended up in trouble earlier this year after stating that he felt he could be a better player if he weren't playing for a team like Celta who are always 'inferior' in matches.
Those comments went down very badly indeed, and he was later forced to explain himself before then leaving to join Wolves this summer.
They were seen as a step up given, they're in the Premier League but AS point out that currently, they are inferior to Celta.
While Wolves are at the bottom of the table the Spanish side are sitting closer to the teams competing for Europe than those battling relegation.
It's early days of course and there's plenty of time for that to change but for now, it seems they want to rub a little more salt into Larsen's early Wolves wounds.
