Nottingham Forest renewal talks 'stopped' – 2 English clubs now in for January deal

Nottingham Forest’s Willy Boly has emerged as a target for Hull City and Millwall FC in the winter market.
That’s according to Africa Foot, who cover Hull City and Millwall interest when sharing the latest on the defender’s situation at Nottingham Forest.
Nuno Espírito Santo hasn’t relied upon the centre-back regularly this season, resulting in only five appearances and two league starts. Boly has played two games for the Reds since the end of August, and both came in the league last month.
The Ivory Coast international has less than six months left on his deal and a renewal is not on the cards.
Africa Foot state discussions between the 33-year-old and Nottingham Forest over a new deal have ‘stopped’ and the defender is ‘closer’ to leaving the Premier League side in January.
They add the Nottingham Forest player isn’t short of options as several clubs are in the picture to sign him in the ongoing window.
Both Hull City and Millwall could take advantage of Boly’s contract situation and use his experience to improve their defence for the second half of the season.
