Scott Kellacher gave his pre-match thoughts ahead of this Saturday's match against Arbroath

On the Montrose Game

You don't get games like that too often. You have to enjoy them when they come around. I couldn't believe the game was 2-0 at half-time, and you get games like that where one team just happens to take their chances. I said to them at half-time that we needed to be confident, go out and go for it and they got their rewards. I was delighted for them all. It was emotional at the end for us as we put so much into the game and when you get that with the last kick, the scenes with the fans down were brilliant."

On the Arbroath Game

"We try and treat each game differently, what system they might play, we work hard on the training ground to prepare. Last week weren't preparing to go 2-0 down but it shows the character of the boys. We want to try and finish games stronger, we know how hard this game will be so it's important we're all at it.

"I'm expecting a very hard game, it's always a hard game against Arbroath. The guys that have gone in there have been brilliant, winning four of their last six so they're in a good run of form.  You have to earn the right to play in each game in this league.

On the 'Togetherness' in the club at the moment

"It's so important, not just for the club but across the city.  It's very important to not get carried away because in football it can change very quickly. The fact the fans, the players, the staff who are trying to do the right things to get the club back to where it was. That's we've got to build towards, and the fans are enjoying it, they want to come down, they want to watch, and I think that's important for us all. When I took on the role, I said 'Togetherness' was something we will use and we're sticking with it. We need everyone to pull together in the right direction and that's what happened. We know there's a long way to go, we'll keep our feet firmly on the ground and take each match as it comes."
