'Consider it seriously' – Birmingham City loan man open to permanent transfer

Birmingham City loanee Ben Davies has said he will ‘seriously’ consider a permanent move this summer.
Birmingham City swooped to land the defender on loan from Rangers last year. BCFC are sat top of the League One table as they close in on promotion back to the Championship.
Davies, 29, has made 37 appearances in all competitions this season for the Blues. He is due to return to Ibrox later this year.
In regards to a full-time switch, he has said, as per a report by BirminghamLive: “I haven’t thought about it. I came on loan to play a lot of games and hopefully help Birmingham back up and have a good season. I’m happy with how it’s going here but I’ll think about that and consider all my options in the summer.
“I’m going to work here till the summer then see what my agent says. I’m really enjoying it here so if the opportunity arose I’d consider it seriously. But it’s not really my decision at the minute so I’m going to wait and then see what’s happening.”
