Crystal Palace midfielder Jadan Raymond is wanted by a number of EFL clubs ahead of January, according to Football Insider.

Crystal Palace prospect Jadan Raymond has fielded interest from the Football League before.

Portsmouth have been linked with a move for the 21-year-old in both of the last two transfer windows. A winter deal failed to materialise late on and he remained on their radar going into the summer after promotion to the Championship.

Again though, Raymond remained at Selhurst Park. The recent Wales U21s international has spent time on the sidelines through injury but is fit again, and it seems a move may be around the corner for him too.

Football Insider reports that Raymond is attracting interest from a host of clubs, with several unnamed EFL teams on signing him. There is interest in both a permanent and loan deal, though it remains to be seen what stance Crystal Palace take.

A loan would enable him to find experience before heading back to the Eagles but the decision could be made for him to leave for good in a bid to maximise his potential and kick on elsewhere.

Raymond has played once in the Premier League 2 this season, coming off the bench in a huge 1-0 loss against Brighton U21s.
