Charlton Athletic boss Nathan Jones has heaped praise on Tyreece Campbell following their win over Huddersfield Town.

Charlton Athletic won 4-0 against the Terriers over the weekend. Campbell managed to get on the scoresheet twice at The Valley.

The Addicks are sat in 4th in the table and are inside the play-offs with Wycombe Wanderers, Stockport County and Reading. They have seven fixtures left to play this season.

Jones has hailed Campbell, as per a report by News Shopper: “He can be anything that he wants to be. What a joy he is to work with. He misses chances, he gets kicked, he works hard, runs in behind and never stops pressing. He has come through the wonderful academy that we have here. All we can do is give him a platform and see how he responds.”

He added: “I’m delighted with that performance. For one because of the level of the team that has come here. They turned over Crawley Town last game scoring five. To do what we did to them here, that’s a level of performance – I’m not sure you will see many better League One performances than that.”
