Sheffield Wednesday and Cardiff City’s former winger Kadeem Harris is training with Carlisle United, as per The News and Star.

Sheffield Wednesday had winger Harris on the books for two years after bringing him in from Cardiff City.

He first caught the eye at Wycombe Wanderers before moving to the Bluebirds, where he managed seven goals and six assists in 79 outings, also spending a host of spells out on loan with EFL clubs.

Harris’ Hillsborough stay might have only lasted two seasons but he played a prevalent role in both campaigns, registering three goals and nine assists in 88 games from 2019 to 2021 before his eventual release.

Now 31, he’s been on quite the journey since leaving Sheffield Wednesday, but Harris could land a return to the English game.

As reported by The News and Star, it has emerged that the London-born speedster is training with League Two side Carlisle United. A new face was spotted in open team training on Wednesday and it is confirmed Harris has now been training with the Cumbrians for a while, though it remains to be seen if he’s snapped up.
