Abdul Fatawu will in the next few hours become a permanent Leicester player, joining from Sporting. His loan move last season, ended in promotion and that triggered the move to become a fixed one. Fatawu has been brilliant of Leicester since arrival, completing 43 official games, scoring 7 goals.

His contribution and workrate was phenomenal as he convinced everyone what a great flank player he is. He also showed he could score senstational goals and his confidence became a major positive for Leicester.

Abdul Fatawu will be followed by Michael Golding who are two fantastic assets to have on board as Steve Cooper builds his new and exciting group.

Daniel Iversen looks to be on his way to a new club, having a good loan spell at Stoke last season. Derby and Middlesbrough are both keen on the dane, and with so many goalkeeper alternatives at Leicester he might be moving on, hopefully getting a fee close to £5million, hopefully.

Fabio Carvalho has been linked with a move to Leicester, but it looks as if new Liverpool manager Arne Slot will like to have a closer look at the young midfield maestro, who had a good loan spell at Hull last season. Leicester looks eager to get their business done as fast as possible and other options will certainly be on the radar.

Leicester were strongly linked with Joe Rodon, but it looks as if the Wales international will join Ipswich. Leicester do have strong alternatives covering the central defence positions and Joe Rodon could have been one in the same category as Conor Coady, as game time could be limited.

Leicester are, as we wrote yesterday, waiting for Wilfred Ndidi to decide what he will do for next season, hopefully he is eager and ready to sign the contract offered. This will of course see a position in the team covered. Florentino Luis has today turned up as a possible alternative, and would then join from Benfica.

Leicester joined the race to sign Jordan James a long time back. The player could be one fantastic signing, being young, still very experienced, also playing full international football for Wales. The 19 year old is one of the most exciting young prospects in the game, having a speical mix that often makes a good player.

Never miss out our hot, cool and cold updates on all players linked with a move to Leicester.
