Brandon Cover has returned to the club as Leicester decided to recall the player who has been in good form for Port Vale, but with a return to action for Mitch Clark another Ex Leicester player, the Jamaica international might be better off in the u.21 set up out this season, or possibly having a new loan spell to look at.

Some suggested the success of Cover at Port Vale would see him considered as a first team choice for Ruud van Nistelrooy, but after watching him in action at Vale Park, you will probably not understand much as the level is a bit away from Premier League, so calmly waiting for some sort of progress, before we do demand too much from the young recruit.

Leicester have so far made one addition to the squad, Woyo Coulibaly from Parma, so of course unpatient fans do want more. There are several names mentioened as well more departure’s to consider. Ollie Tanner is a name that has turned up. The 22 year old flank man has a past at non-league football, being at Bromley and Lewes, before joining The Bluebirds. Before his drop into non-league, he had a past at Charlton and Arsenal academies. Looking at his qualities and some of the games he has shined in, he could remind of Jack Grealish in his movement and appearance. Interesting type that still has time in front of him.

Rumours today could suggest that a couple of more defeats could see Ruud van Nistelrooy leaving the club as he is said to consider stepping down from his role as manager at Leicester, mainly because the situation looks very difficult and of course not easy to recruit new players in a January transfer window, especially when you are far from flying in Premier League. Another manager change, a new staff at this time of the season would not be very preferable.

Leicester is said to be monitoring the situation regarding AC Milan defender Strahinja Pavlovic. The Serbian international is a bit on the fringe after joining from RB Salzburg in the summer. Caleb Okoli is could be on his way out to free up funds for transfers. Okoli has not been directly linked with a full move, but just seen as a potential loan signing for Parma and Cagliari.

Never miss out on our fresh updated list of hot, cool and cold rumours of potential players to join.
