Why Arsenal and Liverpool Are Eyeing Bilal El Khannouss

Leicester midfielder Bilal El Khannouss is one shining star in a very difficult season. He has since his arrvial from Ghenk done his job in a proper manner.
The Morocco international is still a very young player, turning 21 in May. He is at the moment on international duty. He scored the 2-1 winning goal in his latest international game vs. Niger four days ago.
Liverpool were linked with El Khannouss in January, Arsenal stepping up interest at this point. Both clubs are said to be monitoring closely. Lazio and RB Leipzig are other clubs to be mentioned. Leicester have El Khannouss on contract until June 2028.
At this time we are not aware of any relegation or sell on clauses in his contract. The value of the midfielder is said to be €30million, according to Transfermarkt. Leicester will be reluctant to sell one of their major assets. This player will be valuable next season, relegation or not.

Leicester do have a good track record of getting a good price when they sell. We believe bids below €40 million will be rejected. Arsenal are said to be the club most realistic to get a move done. Liverpool looks having other priorities higher. Lazio will not be stretch themselves to a level of €40million. RB Leipzig is said to just be interested in a loan deal.
We do believe the club would look at a sale if the price is at a level of acceptance. They are hoping for €40million. However, bids in the region of €35million would also possibly be considered.
