OGC Nice continue to grapple with injuries and absences as they prepare to face FC Nantes. Captain Dante is absent through suspension, whilst Youssouf Ndayishimiye is also absent through injury.

It means that Franck Haise has choices to make in the defence. He could bring in Mohamed Abdelmonem, who has failed to convince since joining the club in the summer, or alternatively, he could drop Pablo Rosario into the back line. Tanguy Ndombélé’s minor injury means that re-introducing Abdelmonem is the more likely option, especially given Morgan Sanson’s continued absence.

Mohamed-Ali Cho, Terem Moffi, and Melvin Bard are all also out, however, there is a boost for Nice, who will welcome Gaetan Laborde back to the fold. He is not expected to start, however.

Nice likely lineup v Nantes

Marcin Bulka; Antoine Mendy, Moise Bombito, Mohamed Abdelmonem; Ali Abdi, Pablo Rosario, Hicham Boudaoui, Jonathan Clauss; Jérémie Boga, Evann Guessand, Badredine Bouanani. (L’Éq)
