After a disappointing result last time out in Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain will be hoping for better fortunes as they prepare to host Rennes at the Parc des Princes on Friday night. Surprisingly, the champions were held to a 1-1 draw against Reims during the last round of fixtures.

Le Parisien reports that Luis Enrique is set to make two changes to his team who were frustrated by the Champagne club. One of these changes is set to be in defence with Warren Zaïre-Emery set to move back into midfield and Achraf Hakimi to be reinstated to his usual berth at right back. Lucas Beraldo should continue to play as a makeshift left back.

In midfield, Neves is set to drop out with Zaïre-Emery taking his spot. Further up the pitch,  Luis Enrique is set to make one change with Désiré Doué set to miss out due to injury. Ousmane Dembélé should return to the starting lineup. Marco Asensio is also expected to be absent.

PSG likely XI vs Rennes:

Gianluigi Donnarumma – Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, William Pacho,  Lucas Beraldo – Warren Zaïre-Emery, Vitinha, Fabián Ruiz – Ousmane Dembélé, Randal Kolo Muani, Bradley Barcola.
