UNFP's Nominees for Ligue 1 Goalkeeper of the Season

RC Lens' Brice Samba will look to win UNFP's Ligue 1 Goalkeeper of the Season award for the second year running after he was nominated tonight. However, he faces a demanding task with the current crop of contenders.
Marcin Bułka has been the standout performer for most of the season at OGC Nice with the goalkeeper part of the near-impenetrable wall that saw the club rise up to the top of the table in the first half of the campaign.
Similarly, Marco Bizot for Stade Brestois was at the heart of a defence that until about four games ago had been one of the meanest prospects for the opposition to come up against.
Gianluigi Donnarumma has made some notable mistakes for Paris Saint-Germain but remains a fantastic shot-stopper. Elsewhere, Lucas Chevalier has grown from strength to strength with Lille OSC and looks as if he is the France national team's goalkeeper in waiting.
