Liverpool could not have asked for a better start under Arne Slot, with a real team effort having taken place under the manager thus far.
The Anfield club have been rock-solid at the back, with Ibrahima Konate and Joe Gomez having been very reliable customers at the heart of the Liverpool defence.

In the final third, Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo are among the attackers shining brightly, with the Reds looking ruthless in front of goal.
There have, however, been a handful of really star performers for Liverpool under Slot, including stand-in goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.

And the attacker is, of course, much more than just goals and assists, with his determination and energy levels constantly inspiring those around him, with Thierry Henry labelling Salah 'astonishing' this season.
Given the tactical nous of the Liverpool chiefs, the Merseyside outfit perhaps already have a replacement lined up for when he does finally exit, but the new arrival will simply never be able to lace Salah's boots.
Southampton's Tyler Dibling could be targeted by Liverpool, while Ally McCoist thinks Jarrod Bowen could be a good Salah replacement if he joins from West Ham.
