LIVERPOOL VS MANCHESTER UNITED

| Saturday, March 3rd |
Premier League | Anfield
4:30PM BST/11:30AM EST

It's fair to say that Liverpool have gotten the better of Manchester United in recent years, in a way that the Red Devils never did during their best years, it must be noted. Going back to October 2021, Liverpool have won by at least 3 goals to nil on 4 occasions, with the "at least" doing a lot of work.

On one hand, Arne Slot's Liverpool have rarely put teams to the sword, often preferring to sit on a 1 or 2 goal lead, control possession, and keep their shape. On the other, Liverpool beat United 3-0 at Old Trafford last time out, and have won the last three Premier League matches by an aggregate of 14-4. So another big score to nil wouldn't be a huge shock today.

That said, any win over United is a good one, and if Liverpool capture all 3 points, they'll extend their lead over Arsenal to 8 points with a game in hand.
