Report: Liverpool now eyeing Bundesliga attacker likened to Mo Salah, he dreams of moving to Anfield

Liverpool are likely to lose Mohamed Salah next summer, a move that the Reds could find impossible to cope with.
The Egyptian international is one of the best attackers in world football and a certified legend at Anfield, with Salah one of Liverpool’s all-time leading goalscorers and a key reason behind Jurgen Klopp’s UEFA Champions League and Premier League triumphs.
At 32-years-old, Salah is showing no sign of slowing down, with replacing the former AS Roma star a task that Liverpool could find harder than trying to replace Klopp this summer, though the Anfield side did succeed with this in appointing Arne Slot.
Yet Liverpool could stumble upon their Salah replacement with one of the in-form players in Germany this year.
Liverpool keeping tabs on Eintracht Frankfurt star Omar Marmoush
According to CaughtOffside, Liverpool are one of many top Premier League sides keeping an eye on Eintracht Frankfurt winger Omar Marmoush, who this season has been exceptional for the Bundesliga side.
Labelled as ‘the next Mohamed Salah’, the 25-year-old attacker has been nothing short of outstanding this season, with Marmoush scoring nine goals and bagging six assists in all competitions already for Franfurkt.

With Bild reporting that Marmoush also ‘dreams’ of joining one of Liverpool or Arsenal, there’s a real chance that the Reds could target the Egyptian international as a potential replacement for Salah, even though the forward is more preferred playing on the left and centrally.
Indeed, Marmoush is growing into quite the player at Frankfurt this season, and for Liverpool, the former VfL Wolfsburg star could be a candidate to replace Salah, with the stars seemingly aligning for the Egyptian international.
Marmoush could be ideal for Liverpool to replace Salah
As mentioned already, replacing Salah could turn out to be an impossible task for Liverpool next summer if the Anfield superstar does indeed leave the Premier League after eight incredible seasons with the Reds.
Yet in Marmoush, Liverpool could have an ideal replacement in mind to succeed Salah, with the Frankfurt winger already likened to the 32-year-old forward and this year enjoying his best season yet with the Bundesliga side.
With Marmoush also having dreams of joining Liverpool, the 25-year-old will be motivated to impress at Liverpool if a move was to happen, with the winger seemingly intent on making a name for himself in the Premier League.
