Manchester City defender Kyle Walker is in Milan to undergo a medical and complete his move to AC Milan.

That's according to Corriere dello Sport, who have photos of Walker arriving at Linate airport today, where he was met with journalists.

The newspaper reports that Walker is on the verge of completing a loan deal to the Italian club. He will arrive on a free loan with a right to buy included worth €5m.

He's 'ready to start his new adventure' with Milan and landed in Italy a short time ago. He flew into Linate airport, where he was met by various journalists. Seemingly in good spirits, he greeted them with a "hello guys".

He was then taken away, with a medical planned for the next few hours. These will be undertaken at the Madonnina clinic. Once those tests are done and completed, he will sign his new contract with the Italian club.

The move will bring a temporary end to an eight-year spell with Manchester City, who he joined from Tottenham in July 2017.

He's since made 319 appearances in all competitions for the club, becoming a key part of Pep Guardiola's squad and winning six Premier League titles, the Champions League, FA Cup, EFL Cup and various other titles.
