How Our Team See Tuesday's Match

Manchester City continue their hunt for a second Champions League trophy as they travel to Slovakia to face Slovan Bratislava. The Blues drew their opening match of the current campaign with Inter Milan and are seeking their first win in this season's competition.

They face a Slovan side who were thrashed 5-1 at Celtic in the last round and had to go through four qualifying rounds to get to this stage.

As usual, our team are here to give their thoughts and opinions on Tuesday night's match. Here's how they think it will go.

Saul

An away match in UCL, vs. An unfamiliar opponent. Smells like rotation and a tight win, 2-1.

Bratislava 1-2 City

Will

City's form since the international break hasn't been the best, but this is surely the match where we see a return to winning ways.

Three draws and two 2-1 victories isn't the best look on paper, but there are no real question marks about performances and City's opponents, Slovan Bratislava, were thrashed 5-1 by Celtic in their last UEFA Champions League match.

Home advantage might mean it isn't quite so ugly for Bratislava, but I still expect City to take home the three points with a comfortable victory and for the likes of Phil Foden and Savinho to shine.

Slovan Bratislava 1-4 Manchester City

Thomas

ŠK Slovan Bratislava are City's next UCL opponent. Unfamiliar? Me, too. I expect City will be in a very grumpy mood off the back of three straight draws.

Bratislava 0-4 City

Pete

A trip into the unknown, although it's Slovakia, completely different to some of the places that City have visited over the years. While many won't have heard of Slovan, they were actually a decent team back in the day. They won the Cup Winners Cup the year before City and won the Intertoto Cup nine times.

I don't think this will be as easy as some believe and the Blues will have to be at their best on Tuesday evening. I'm going for a slender, but hard-fought win.

Slovan 0-2 City

What Happened Last Time

City drew 1-1 at the weekend and all our team went for a victory. Pete was the only one who picked up a point, thanks to the number of goals scored - he predicted a 2-0 win. That solitary point takes him joint top with the other leaders

However, we must do better!!! Here's the table:
