Manchester United are not afraid of performing a ruthless club clear-out, with very few players seemingly being considered untouchable.
Such has been the English team’s downfall in recent seasons that under Ruben Amorim, wiping the slate clean might be the best way to go about it.

The Red Devils are now ready to even let Alejandro Garnacho go. Once considered to be the poster boy of the upcoming generation, the Argentinian is now considered sellable, especially with Napoli knocking on the door.
The Serie A leaders recently lost Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to PSG and need to replace him, as they look to keep up their bid for the Italian league title. Garnacho is one of the names that Antonio Conte fancies having on his team.
Napoli have made a bid of around £46.4m plus bonuses to sign the Argentinian winger but Man Utd deemed this bid unacceptable.
Now, as per today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Red Devils, who initially asked for 80 million euros, are ready to accept a fee in the range of around £55million (65 million euros) without bonuses.
The report reveals that Napoli are hence readying a new move that would hopefully get a yes from Manchester United. Clearly, the Italian side want to prepare for life after Khvicha and Garnacho is a very decent option to focus on.
Should Man Utd let go of Alejandro Garnacho and with Antony already on his way out, the Red Devils would be extremely short of wide players. Even Marcus Rashford is linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
Surely, Ruben Amorim has a plan and could look to bring a winger who suits his system. It remains to be seen who that player is but Man Utd don’t have much time with the window to close early on next month, and let’s wait and see how it plays out.
