Manchester United may have beaten Rangers 2-1 in the Europa League last night but it was far from a performance that they would be proud of. The Red Devils have still not played a convincing 90 minutes so far under Ruben Amorim.

Of course, the Portuguese tactician has just come to the club a few months ago, and without a proper pre-season behind him, it is very difficult for him to get all the players to understand his tactician instructions seamlessly.

Without a summer transfer window either behind him, he has been unable to sign players that he would want in his system nor has he been able to let go of the players who he thinks would not be that productive in his system.

Despite this, Amorim will have to do what he can with the January transfer window.

Now, as per Caught Offside, Man Utd are now plotting a move to sign talented Southampton wonderkid Tyler Dibling amid interest from the other clubs.

Chelsea, Tottenham, Newcastle United, West Ham United and Aston Villa are also interested in signing the talented young player.

Dibling has caught the eye of so many clubs due to his impressive performances for a struggling Southampton side. He may be just 18 years old but at such a young age, he doesn’t look out of place in the Premier League.

He is not the finished product but he has so much raw talent that any top manager will want to get their hands on as soon as possible.

With Antony expected to leave Man Utd on loan, and players like Garnacho and Rashford’s futures far from certain, signing a winger would be a good option for the club, even if it is someone as young as Tyler Dibling.

Let’s wait and see how things play out going forward.
