Gers green light for permanent Cerny move after Sky Sports 'verbal agreement' claim for Ibrox-linked winger

Rangers are in the middle of a reset, not just a rebuild, from top to bottom with no stone being left unturned to get the club back where they want to be.
Philippe Clement might be the manager responsible, he might not, but until there is a consistently good quality squad, not much will change at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
One problem is getting the right players over the line, not a shortage of money to buy good players, with a former Rangers target potentially paving the way for Vaclav Cerny to be signed permanently.

Andreas Skov Olsen transfer could see Rangers benefit
In recent years, Malik Tillman and Abdallah Sima have shown that the recruitment team can identify talented players, however, there is a long line of others who the club have missed out on, for one reason or another.
Danilho Doekhi, Joey Veerman, Viktor Gyokeres and Ivan Toney have all gone on to prove that they would have made a difference with Andreas Skov Olsen another who got away under Steven Gerrard.
The Danish winger would have cost the former Gers boss around £6m and his 79 goals and assists in 124 games for Club Brugge prove that he could have been a difference maker for Rangers too.
The 25-year old is reported to be on the move in a transfer that could see Rangers benefit:
"Andreas Skov Olsen and VfL Wolfsburg have now reached a verbal agreement regarding a transfer in the winter," claimed Florian Pletterberg of Sky Sports.
"He can sign a contract until 2029. Negotiations with Club Brugge are expected to take place soon. Price: €10-15m."
The fee comes in at around £8.5 to £12.5m but it is the knock-on effect that should see Rangers fans get excited.
Skov Olsen is a left-footed right-winger which would mean that Cerny would be pushed even further down the pecking order at Wolfsburg.
What has Cerny said on a permanent move to Rangers?
Cerny has spoken about a permanent move to Rangers already, but is content to focus on what he does best, for now:
"I know how football works and, that it can then turn into a positive light if the season goes as expected," said the 12 goal winger.
"I know what the situation is at Rangers, what the possibilities are. But it's not up to me to comment on that so soon. I just have to give my best on the pitch and help the club to achieve success.
"I'm just focused on football, family and life in Glasgow, which is hectic in itself. I wouldn't want to waste my time thinking about something I can't control anyway."
