Only weeks ago, it was said that Tottenham were, 'gathering information' about Bryan Mbeumo, one of the in-form players of the Premier League, and it looks like the player is a candidate to be one of the most talked about names of the summer transfer window.
The Cameroonian star, who attracted attention with his outstanding performances at Brentford, has made important contributions to his team. Many big clubs are lining up for the 25-year-old's future.
Newcastle United are planning to sign Mbeumo to fill their right-wing vacancy. The Eddie Howe-coached side are ready to meet Brentford's £50 million asking price.

This is a player that will be snapped up by someone and would surely be a perfect fit for many sides, especially those looking to boost their creative output. Despite what some fans might tell you, this would be a perfect player for us, one that would allow Kulu to move more centrally, and help subsidise the diminishing return that is Sonny. At £50M, Bryan makes Brennan Johnson look expensive, especially in light of his contributions beyond just goals.
