Tottenham Hotspur endured another Premier League disappointment with a narrow 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in the North London derby at home.

Following the match, former Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara singled out winger Brennan Johnson for criticism, expressing frustration over his lacklustre performance.

O'Hara voiced his disappointment with Johnson's display, suggesting the Welsh international failed to make a significant impact during his 68 minutes on the field. Johnson had opportunities to influence the game but struggled to capitalise on them.

Despite taking four shots during the match, Johnson was unable to find the back of the net, leaving fans and pundits dissatisfied with his efforts. His dribbling success rate was 50%, and he won only two out of six ground duels.

O'Hara's assessment implies that manager Ange Postecoglou might need to reconsider Johnson's place in the starting lineup if his form doesn't improve. The pundit expressed his frustration during a post on his official X handle, stating:

"Brennan Johnson is even more frustrating to watch in the flesh than he is on TV."

Since his £47.5 million move to Tottenham on a six-year contract last September, Johnson has shown flashes of brilliance but has struggled to maintain consistency.

During his debut season, despite recording five goals and ten assists in 38 appearances across all competitions, Johnson's recent performances have fallen short of expectations.

As pressure builds, Postecoglou will be eager to see the 23-year-old winger recapture his form and make a more significant contribution to Tottenham's push to recover from their recent setbacks and get their season back on track.
