Tottenham join top-four rivals in the race to sign "incredible defender"

Tottenham Hotspur are very much in the race to sign the PSG defender Milan Skriniar this month.

Tottenham need defensive quality and depth. They have been overly dependent on Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven at the back.
