Tottenham were among clubs eyeing up January loan deal – Player shut down possibility

Tottenham were one of the sides interested in Bayern Munich's Daniel Peretz this month, before he waved away interest to stay at the German giants.
That's according to SportBILD, who say Tottenham were one of several sides interested in the goalkeeper.
The 24-year-old has been at Bayern Munich since August last year after a €5m move from Maccabi Tel Aviv.
He's so far only made seven appearances for the club in all competitions, totalling 537 minutes. Six of those have came this season across the Bundesliga, Champions League, DFB Cup and Bavaria Regional League.
He remains behind the likes of Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich in the pecking order at this moment in time. That led to speculation he could be moved on, even on loan.
According to SportBILD, Tottenham, Como and FC Copenhagen were all interested in a potential deal. As were RC Lens.
Tottenham, of course, were in search of a new goalkeeper after Frasrer Forster proved to be an inadequate replacement for the injured Guglielmo Vicario.
They instead signed Antonín Kinský at the beginning of the month, perhaps after Peretz turned down any idea of leaving Bayern.
“I had a few discussions and offers to be loaned out until the end of the season," he admitted to Sport BILD.
"There was interest. Of course it’s good to gain match practice. I spoke to my family and my advisors and decided to stay until the end of the season. I really like the club, the team. We have something special here.”
