Tottenham Hotspur's rising talent Yang Min-hyuk has opened his goal-scoring account for Queens Park Rangers, marking a significant milestone in his loan spell.
The 18-year-old South Korean winger netted his first goal in a 3-1 defeat against Stoke City, delivering a moment of individual brilliance despite QPR's struggles on the night.

Yang's goal came in the 78th minute when Stoke had already established a dominant 3-0 lead.
Positioned on the edge of the box, he displayed excellent composure, turning swiftly with his first touch before sending a precise shot into the bottom corner with his weaker left foot.
While the goal didn't change the outcome of the match, it demonstrated the ability and confidence that convinced Spurs to secure his signature.
This Championship clash was dubbed the "Korean Derby" due to the presence of two promising South Korean players—Yang Min-hyuk representing QPR and Bae Jun-ho featuring for Stoke City.
Both made their mark on the game, finding the net and showcasing their growing influence in English football.
Yang's rise has been nothing short of impressive.
After developing through Gangwon FC's academy in South Korea, he became the youngest player to win the K League Player of the Month award in July 2024. His rapid progress earned him a six-year contract with Tottenham last summer, though he remained at Gangwon for the remainder of the season before officially joining Spurs in January.
Since his loan move to QPR, Yang has adjusted well to the demands of the Championship, making nine appearances, including four starts, and contributing a goal and an assist
Min-hyuk's pace, technical ability, and work ethic have stood out, and if he continues to perform, he could put himself in contention for a spot in Tottenham's first team next season.
