Tottenham Hotspur have had a number of players over the year who have enjoyed success after leaving the club.
There is no better example of this than Gareth Bale and Luka Modric departing Tottenham to join Real Madrid.
Spurs fans are going through another difficult time with Ange Postecoglou’s men struggling to lay down any kind of consistency.
Defeat on the weekend to Chelsea has seen Tottenham drop down into 11th spot with real frustrations lingering around the club.

Gareth Bale hails Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp
Speaking to TNT Sports, Bale admitted former Arsenal attacker Dennis Bergkamp scored his favourite goal of all time.
The former Wales international admitted Bergkamp’s goal against Newcastle United at St James’ Park was his favourite ever scored.
It is a goal which has gone down in the history books with Lee Dixon saying Bergkamp was better than Thierry Henry.
Even Liverpool’s Arne Slot praised Bergkamp as his idol when he was growing up as a young footballer.
And it is no real surprise he captured the admiration of so many with goals like this against the Magpies back in 2002.

What Dennis Bergkamp said about his goal vs Newcastle
Newcastle legend Alan Shearer hailed Bergkamp as one of the best to ever play in the Premier League, having watched him score that goal against his side.
The goal against the Toon was so good that there were many questioning whether he actually meant his first touch to create the shot on goal.
Speaking to FourFourTwo, Bergkamp even admitted he could see why some questioned it after seeing it back.
"I couldn't understand what people meant by the question. I didn't see the goal on television for several days, and so many people were asking me what I thought, 'OK, I have to see what they saw',” he said.
"I watched it back, and then I could understand what they meant.”
Given the struggles which Tottenham fans are enduring with their side, hearing a player of Bale’s stature at the club praise a former Arsenal player will surely hurt.
