Kylian Mbappè (25) joined Real Madrid this summer and his start is one very positive, 5 goals in 7 La Liga appearances. The stats are good so far and hopefully Real Madrid will get their total form into the shape they need to catch Barcelona, currently on top of La Liga.
Real Madrid are unbeaten, but two draws puts them four points below Barca. Kylian Mbappè will of course be of major importance in the chase to catch their closest rival.
Barcelona will possibly not go on a total winning strike and in late October when the two giants will face each other, Real Madrid being the home team.
A great start in the Champions League campaign is one to count, winning 3-1 at home to Stuttgart, of course seeing Kylian Mbappè on the scoresheet.
He is still only 25 years of age, with the next World Cup coming up in two years time. Would be interesting to see how he has evolved when that takes place, hopefully having a number of trophies to his name, as Real Madrid powers on.
Mbappè is in a special relation to Nike and his sponsor deal makes him unique for the sportswear company. He is at present possibly ranked the best footballer in the world right now. He is an icon in his home country France and of course he will most certainly also become a Real Madrid legend.
