It is no secret that Manchester United need more quality in the wide areas. They need someone who can create goalscoring opportunities and chip in with goals consistently. Williams will help them open up defences with pace, flair and unpredictability. He has the physical and technical attributes to thrive in English football and he could transform Manchester United in the attack.

The opportunity to join Barcelona will be an attractive proposition for the young winger as well, but Manchester United certainly have more financial muscle compared to the Spanish giants.
