Man Utd showed vs. Liverpool that they can handle even the hardest opponent, doing it all away at one of the most difficult arena’s in football.
Ruben Amorim knows his football and he knows the mechanisms within the game, and of course how a dressing room works and how he needs to play his best talent in the best way possible.
Looking at the Man Utd team, they do have a great group of talent, but when you have the wrong ranking, misplaced talent and a lot of unchained melodies, you will always get in trouble.
The problem for Man Utd is the consistancy, the highs and low, that has been like demon over the years since Sir Alex stepped down. FA Cup winner medals and Carabao Cup as well as a Europa League title are of course major trophies found it’s way to the cabinet at Old Trafford, as well as ending runners-up in the FA Cup and Premier League, makes no small numbers, for this club, not enough.
We all know that those league winning Man Utd teams had their special warrior in the team, as we would like to highight the importance of Nobby Stiles and Paul Scholes, without them little or nothing has been brought to the table. Nobby Stiles was that little man inside the midfield area that did the dirty work, tackling hard and winning those important battles, Paul Scholes just the same, this is a role that could be filled by Lisandro Martinez, showing yesterday his mobility and reading of the game, scoring a screamer, originally playing on the left side of the defense, but he moved with a clever eye into positions that made him a match winner in many ways, and we would like to see him in that defensive midfield role, guarding in front of the defensive line, he would have been perfect.
Olympiacos are keeping an eye on Antony's situation and could try and sign him on loan this month.

We love the play of Amad Diallo, would love to see more of Alejandro Garnacho and Antony as trio up front, they would tear defenses apart as their movement would be perfect, giving Antony that role up front having Diallo and Garnacho out wide. This would be a blistering trio that could shine for Man Utd.
Liverpool played with Manè, Firmano and Salah as they perfectly made an attacking trio being able to use pace and dynamic changes up front, to work forward an understanding between Diallo, Garnacho and Antony would be a blessing few have seen. The pace, the understanding between the three and having Antony as the finisher, would be a magic act.
To see the former Ajax diamond being linked with a move to Olympiacos is hurting as Ruben Amorim must find his hidden diamond, play him up front having Diallo and Garnacho around him, as the three would step up the game and the pace to a level few have seen before.
We just hope that this will happen and not go for the traditional top forward, who are less mobile and just fill that up front role in a more traditional way.
