Report: Tottenham and Chelsea told how much they'll have to pay to sign Tyler Dibling from Southampton before deadline day

Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have been linked with a move for the brilliant young talent that is Southampton winger Tyler Dibling.

The 18-year-old has been making quite a name for himself in the Premier League this season with his impressive performances for a struggling Saints side.

Dibling has four goals and two assists this term and his performances for the league’s 20th-place team have caught the eye of several clubs from around Europe.

Now, interested clubs have learned the asking price of Southampton for the mercurial winger and their chances of landing him this month have been rated.

Southampton set Tyler Dibling asking price

Southampton have set a minimum asking price of £55 million on Tyler Dibling this month, according to Sky Sports News.

Tottenham, Chelsea and Aston Villa are the clubs currently interested in him, with Newcastle and RB Leipzig also linked to Dibling.

Manchester United have previously shown an interest in Dibling and could join the long queue to sign him in the summer.

Ivan Juric’s side look set to face the drop this campaign and keeping such a high price tag in the summer if they are in the Championship will be tricky.

Although given the competition for his signature, it’s likely that a substantial fee will still be required to get him out of St Mary’s.

TBR Football understands that Southampton have ruled out the prospect of selling Tyler Dibling this month.

Losing the winger would be another crushing blow for their slim hopes of survival with the South Coast club already 10 points adrift at the bottom of the table.

The Saints are already set to be without Dibling for the next few weeks with the youngster having suffered an ankle injury.

But fortunately for Juric, it seems like the England youth international is set to spend six more months at the St. Mary's Stadium.
