Walsall defender Liam Gordon added another international appearance to his tally as Guyana took on Barbados in the Second Leg of their CONCACAF Nations League - Play-In Round clash late on Tuesday evening.

After winning the first-leg 4-1 on Friday evening, Guyana were hoping to avoid any unnecessary slip ups and edge closer to the upcoming Gold Cup.

Dominating the first-half, Guyana were able to build a commanding lead as Tacoma Defiance striker Osaze De Rosario scored three goals before the break, seemingly giving his side a welcome level of comfort.

The second half was also a high-scoring affair, a brace from SK Rapid Wien winger Thierry Gale - either side of a goal from Chicago Fire striker Omari Glasgow - and an effort from UWI Blackbirds midfielder Niall Reid-Stephen gave Barbados plenty of belief. Barbados taking the score to 4-3 before Middlesbrough winger Isaiah Jones added a goal in stoppage time to add icing to Guyana's already large cake.

Despite their rather dramatic spell in the second-half, Barbados weren't able to claw back the goals they'd conceded in the first-leg as Guyana advanced 9-4 on aggregate.

Liam played for the full ninety minutes and will soon be back in the Black Country as the Saddlers continue to prepare for Saturday's meeting with AFC Wimbledon.
