On Sunday, Real Madrid face off against Sevilla in their final match of 2024. They will be aiming for another victory in La Liga, although the fixture at the Santiago Bernabeu will also be used as a scouting opportunity.

Over many months, Real Madrid have been interested in Juanlu Sanchez, and they will come up against the 21-year-old this weekend. As per Diario AS, club officials will use this as an opportunity to run the rule over him once again.

Real Madrid intend to sign a new right-back in 2025, and Juanlu is one of the players on their list. Sevilla head coach Francisco Javier Garcia Pimienta has been utilising him in midfield over the last few months, and if he does start at the Bernabeu, he is likely to play there. However, that will not stop Los Blancos' scouts from undergoing a detailed analysis during the match between the two teams on Sunday.
