England wins group, Denmark and Slovenia advance after goalless draws

England secured top spot in Group C despite playing out an underwhelming 0-0 draw with Slovenia on Tuesday.
Denmark advanced to the knockout stage at Euro 2024 courtesy of its own goalless draw in the day's concurrent fixture against Serbia.
Slovenia will also take part in the last 16 as one of the best third-place teams, while Serbia is officially eliminated.
