Earlier today, TuttoMercatoWeb said Riccardo Calafiori has been convinced to join Arsenal and Bologna said yes to their €50m offer.

Juventus have also been keen on signing the Italian, but they now have to look at another target to bolster their defence.

Calafiori's move to the Emirates could open the door for the Old Lady to sign Arsenal's Jakub Kiwior, according to Tuttosport.

New Juventus manager Thiago Motta had managed the 24-year-old at Spezia. The pair could reunite at the Turin club, and the report says the money needed to buy the defender this summer is 'not even that high'.

Cristiano Giuntoli, the Serie A side's technical director, has also been keeping an eye on the Gunners defender from his time at Napoli.

Arsenal paid €25m to buy the Poland international in January 2023, and Giuntoli had tried signing him for the Naples club before he moved to England.

Kiwior hasn't been the first-choice centre-back under Mikel Arteta, and the possible arrival of Calafiori will see him drop further down the pecking order.

The Pole is a 'concrete possibility' for the Turin club to bolster their defence. The report says the north London club could sell him for 'around €15m', which Juve should be able to afford.
