Another home win on Saturday – a 3-2 defeat of Bournemouth – saw the weekend fixtures come to a close with Brentford sitting just three points behind third placed Chelsea in the Premier League table. It really is tight at the top and if somebody could have a discreet word with our away form before the trip to Everton, that would be marvellous.
Until then, we look at the Bournemouth game. Who made the top five and won the star player award for Brentford? Who is on fire for The Bees (Wissa aside)? How are things looking for the trip to Everton in terms of shape and potential new starters?
As always after the weekend fixture, we look to all of this and more in the post match debrief and player rating’s article which is now online, here.
