Estève wins again in Preston draw

Burnley were held to a 0-0 draw last Saturday in what proved to be a weary game, but one player stood out for the Clarets and that was central defender Maxime Estève who won a man of the match and player ratings double for the fourth time this season.
He didn't just win them either, he won them by a huge margin. When we beat Leeds 1-0 last month, James Trafford secured 81% of the vote to win the man of the match, but Estève bettered that with an astonishing 86% leaving all of the other players trailing.
Hannibal was able to take second place with just a 4% share with third and fourth places going to Lyle Foster and Josh Brownhill who both won 2% of the vote.
When it came to the player ratings, Estève was not only the one player to pass seven out of ten for a good performance but the only player to pass the six out of ten required for an average performance.
He scored 7.77 out of ten with Trafford in second place with 5.87. Hannibal came third with a rating of 5.80 while fourth place went to CJ Egan-Riley with a rating of 5.70 out of ten.
It's given Estève ten points towards the Up the Clarets Player of the Year with Hannibal picking up five points. There are three points for Trafford, two for Foster and one each for Brownhill and Egan-Riley.
With those points added, it's now given Estève a it lead at the top of the table with more than double the points secured by Brownhill in second place. Egan-Riley and Trafford are now holding third place jointly.
