We begin our third different competition of the season, with a third round matchup in the Carabao Cup (i.e. League Cup) against fourth division outfit Barrow AFC. Chelsea are heavily favored in this matchup and will be expected to win and win easily. But beware the Magic of the Cup!
Enzo Maresca, as expected, has rotated his side, though there's a surprising start for newly fit Malo Gusto. Cesare Casadei also gets the starting nod, while Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, and a few youngsters are on the bench.
