Leicester City 1-2 Chelsea, Player Ratings: Nico, Enzo leading the Blues into battle

Community player ratings from Chelsea win at the King Power
1. NICOLAS JACKSON (8.0)
Jackson has gotten plenty of praise after this match, from fans and media alike, and that's actually starting to become a regular thing with thim.
And while his play doesn't always get recognized if he doesn't also show up on the scoresheet, he's been scoring goals at a good rate to help highlight his overall contributions.
"He is working hard on the ball and off the ball. He is making an effort to understand the way we want to play. Sometimes we use him almost as a midfielder, dropping. Sometimes we use him attacking in behind [...] it depends on the gameplan.
"We are very happy with the way Nico is playing on the ball but especially in the way he is playing off the ball — the way he is pressing. We are sure he is going to get better game after game."

Only Erling Haaland (31) and Ollie Watkins (24) have scored more non-penalty goals in the Premier League since the start of last season than Nicolas Jackson (21).

2. ENZO FERNÁNDEZ (8.0)
Enzo may have gotten the start even if Roméo Lavia had been fully fit, given that we were probably expecting Leicester to sit deep and defend and give us plenty of time and space to operate.
But either way, he took full advantage of his first Premier League start since early October, making the type of box-to-box impact we need from him.

3. MARC CUCURELLA (7.4)
Cucurella just barely edges out Moisés Caicedo for the third spot on the podium, and I do mean just barely.
He had to get more involved in the attack in this one than usual, with Malo Gusto a late scratch due to illness, but he acquitted himself well and had a hand in our second goal (setting up the initial Jackson header that led to the rebound and the Enzo goal).
