QPR, Chelsea in 'advanced talks' over Harvey Vale transfer — report

This is goodbye
Harvey Vale was among those expected to leave Chelsea this month for good and it looks like that's finally set to happen now, with Queens Park Rangers reportedly in "advanced talks", and set to beat fellow Championship sides Sunderland and West Brom to his signature.
With only six months left on his contract, any transfer fee is likely to be negligible, if that, but the deal is set to involve some bonuses and, most crucially for our talent-growing operation, a sell-on fee. Vale's development may have hit a few bumps in the last couple years, but he was among the most promising in his age-group not that long ago and he is still just 21.
QPR have been one of the hottest teams in the second division in recent weeks, though sit only 10th thanks to an horrendous start to the season that saw them win just 1 of their first 16 games. But they've suffered just two defeats in the last two months and if they keep this up, could very well get into the playoff spots still.
