"Something we need to improve" – Chelsea starter criticises his team for this continued weakness

Marc Cucurella got a big goal for Chelsea last night and his energy and commitment were very useful in securing the team's first league win in 6.
There wasn't much creativity centrally, so a lot fell on the full back to get into the box and attack crosses. In the end he got on the end of a flick on and put the ball in to make it 2-1. He spoke to Chelsea TV after the game, but wasn't fully positive – he still demanded more from his teammates.
You can see the defender speaking in the clip embedded here:
"I think the team deserved it. We came through a tough moment, but the most important thing is how we reacted. I think today we showed that we wanted to win the game from the first minute, and I think we deserved it," Cucurella commented.
Cucurella points to poor game management as ongoing issue
But it wasn't all rosy – after leading the team conceding a sloppy goal, something we've seen too much of recently and something Cucurella commented on:
"For sure I think we played really well in the first half, I don't think we managed the last 5 or 10 minutes well and that's something we need to improve. Because in a lot of wins we start really well, we score but then we don't kill the game. We need to manage this, it's part of the process, to manage these situations. In general we're really happy and deserve these three points."
This is something Enzo Maresca mentioned after the game too. We're sure they're trying their best in training, but really the only way to build this is experience, and a team with an average age around 23 is always going to struggle.
