Sporting director big fan of Newcastle player – Blitz in England could have Chelsea implications too

Newcastle United’s Lloyd Kelly and Chelsea’s Renato Veiga have been linked with moves to Juventus in the past few days.
The Italian giants are running out of time to sign defensive players, and really to make sure they get one across the line. That’s why they’re set for a ‘blitz’ of meetings in London.
TuttoSport have reported that Juventus sporting director Cristiano Guintoli is a big fan of Newcastle United’s Kelly and that has been the case for a while now.
Negotiations are ongoing for the Englishman and as of now, it is not certain that Kelly will be an alternative to Chelsea’s Veiga, with potetially both being brought in.
Newcastle United’s demands are not known yet, but Juve are working on an initial loan move with the obligation to buy at around €15m.
Negotiations with Chelsea for the 21-year-old Veiga are expected to be easier, but if the Magpies reach an agreement to move on 26-year-old Kelly, the Blues could feel the impact of that as Juventus would ditch any plans for Ben Chilwell
That uncertainty still exists and for now, Juve are waiting for Newcastle United to respond. They are operating on both tables and the possibility is that the situation could develop soon.
