The third round of the FA Cup is already underway and there is a packed weekend of knockout action to come.

Thursday night saw Everton, Fulham and Cardiff City progress to the next round thanks to wins over Peterborough, Watford and Sheffield United respectively.

The competition looks a bit different this season as replays have been scrapped, meaning matches that are level after 90 minutes go to extra-time and potentially penalties.

The standout tie of the third round sees Arsenal host Manchester United at the Emirates on Sunday, with Ruben Amorim taking charge of his first FA Cup game as Red Devils boss.

The draw for the fourth round will be made after that match, which kicks-off at 3pm, so winning teams will likely learn their fate around 5pm on Sunday.
