
Manager's thoughts ahead of Notts match

Paul Cook spoke to the media ahead of tomorrow's fixture at Notts County, and began with a reflection on the 4-0 win over Salford in midweek: ""We’ve been on a bad run; losing four games on the bounce is never a nice feeling for any club, no matter where you are. "On Tuesday night, the lads did great. It was a difficult pitch against a decent team. The sending off had a massive influence on the game like it does on any game. But we managed the rest of the game really professionally and did well to come away with three points and obviously we move on to Saturday. "This league has been consistently inconsistent all year, I think there’s so many teams still looking at what they can do and we’re very much just moving on to the next game." Speaking on the remainder of the season, he added: "It’s our first year in the league, everyone has lists of headaches and problems they’ve had all year and referee indecisions.
