The Spireites return to the SMH Group Stadium this afternoon to face Port Vale, off the back of a trip to Grimsby, which resulted in a 1-1 draw. The Valiants have impressed so far thid season in League Two as they currently sit in third position, occupying the final automatic promotion place. The year has started positively for Vale with two wins in three games, against fellow-promotion-hopefuls Doncaster Rovers and struggling Newport County.
