Everton making transfer 'terribly complicated' – Something needs to give in coming days

Yesterday, it was reported that Torino are still finding it rather difficult to land Everton’s Beto in the ongoing January transfer window.

This has forced the player’s entourage into looking around for other options in the market, as they do not want to be left stuck with no alternatives later this month.

TuttoSport have today reported on the striker’s situation, with him only having seven minutes under David Moyes so far at Everton.

The newspaper claims the Toffees are making an exit 'terribly complicated' for the 26-year-old. That is due to their demands to let him leave and they have not gone below €20m. Torino are yet to go beyond €14m with their offer.

The stalemate presents a 'strong risk' for the Italian club and there is a chance they miss out on the player altogether. As a result, the Granata are seeking alternatives and they do not want to be left stranded in the last few days of the January transfer window.

Other names on Torino’s shortlist are Napoli’s Giovanni Simeone, Benfica’s Arthur Cabral and RB Leipzig’s Andre Silva.
