Since the Young Boys game is drawing close, and a momentous night is in prospect next Wednesday, I thought I’d do a quiz about one of our most famous Champions League nights, bar none.

You all know the night in question.

November 11th 2012.

It was one of the greatest nights in Celtic’s illustrious history. 

A historic Barcelona side with the greatest player of all-time Lionel Messi in his pomp rocked up to Celtic Park for a Champions League group stage game in 2012. 

Barcelona dominated the game throughout but Celtic held firm. Every man on that pitch put in a valiant performance that night and are now part of one of the biggest upsets in Champions League history.

Despite the fact Celtic only had 16.4% possession on the night, we managed to keep the best team in the world at bay and we scored two goals against them. 

I’ve put together a quiz to test your knowledge on that most famous of famous nights. A night where the Barcelona players were even in awe of the Celtic Park experience and the noise generated by our amazing fans.
