Chelsea fans send clear message about Cole Palmer's quiet display in 0-0 draw against Everton
Today at 11:20 AM
Chelsea were held to a surprise 0-0 by Everton at Goodison Park.
Enzo Maresca may have expected a routine win against the Toffees, judging by how both sides have performed so far this season.
But Sean Dyche’s men dug in and gave Chelsea a tough time on Sunday.

Usually, Cole Palmer would have saved the visitors’ blushes with a moment of magic. Gary Neville lauded Palmer for how he has lit proceedings up ever since heading to Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Maresca hailed Palmer as potentially the best player in the Premier League this campaign.
However, the Englishman, who has justifiably been praised this season as well was successfully tamed by the hosts.
The 22-year-old was often quite an isolated figure on the pitch.
Chelsea fans agree Cole Palmer was poor against Everton
However, even Chelsea fans agreed that Palmer had a game to forget against Everton.
One Chelsea supporter wrote on X: “This has been Palmer’s worst game for the club.”
Another Chelsea fan said: I know Palmer is inevitable but he cannot be immune from being subbed. He has had plenty games like this and is kept on.”
Another Blues supporter agreed that when the former Manchester City midfielder is having a quiet outing, he should be taken off.
“It’s really not compulsory for Palmer to play 90 minutes.”
A Chelsea fan blamed Enzo Maresca for not taking Palmer off.
“Maresca has to hold the blame for today. Kept [Jadon] Sancho and Palmer on the pitch who were both horrible, bought on Nkunku who’s not done anything outside the Bournemouth game. Learn and move on. Today simply wasn't good enough from anyone.”
A Chelsea fan went as far as to claim that Palmer has not been impacting proceedings for a while now.
“Palmer hasn’t been impacting games for a minute now, I can’t lie. Conversations needed.”
Another Chelsea supporter claimed: “Palmer has been absolutely terrible today.”
A seventh Chelsea fan wrote: “Palmer was disappointing today. His worst performance in a Chelsea shirt.”
