Cristiano Ronaldo further extended his incredible Al Nassr goal tally by scoring with a milestone penalty.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner netted both of his side’s goals in a 2-0 Saudi Pro League win against ten-man Damac on Friday night.

Ronaldo’s first goal came from the penalty spot, with hitting the ball low and hard into the bottom-left corner.

His effort was also the landmark 200th spot-kick he has taken, not including penalty shootouts, throughout his glittering career.

The 39-year-old boasts an excellent success rate from 12 yards as his latest penalty was the 169th he has scored for club and country.

Ronaldo netted his second against Damac on 79 minutes with a low, first-time finish from close-range that sealed all three points.

The Portuguese international has now scored a total of 79 goals in 88 matches across all competitions for Al Nassr.

A total of 58 of those have come in the Saudi Pro League, with his side sitting third in the table and five points behind leaders Al Ittihad.

Ronaldo took to Instagram after the match to post an image of his celebration with the caption: “3 points, 2 goals and we keep going!”

His former Manchester United teammate Rio Ferdinand seems to be hugely impressed with his latest goals as he commented: “Slow down bro.”

Ferdinand and Ronaldo made 221 appearances together for United from 2004 until 2009.

They won three Premier League titles, the FA Cup, two League Cups and the Champions League, as well as the FIFA Club World Cup.

Ronaldo scored a total of 118 goals for the club before continuing his world-class scoring form at Real Madrid by netting a further 450.

At Juventus, he added another 101 to his overall career tally, with a second spell at United seeing score an extra 27.

When taking all his club goals into account alongside his 135 strikes for Portugal, Ronaldo has reached 915.

It marks one of the greatest tallies in the sport’s history, with Al Nassr certainly lucky to have him in their ranks again this season.
