Liverpool and Arsenal are among a number of Premier League teams interested in Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush.

TBR Football's chief correspondent Graeme Bailey recently confirmed that Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City have all watched Marmoush on numerous occasions.

Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with Marmoush, and Newcastle United are also said to be keen on the Egypt international.

Now, German football expert Raphael Honigstein has shared how much “we are now talking” in terms of Marmoush’s valuation.

Honigstein, speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Euro Leagues, named Marmoush in the show’s list of “players you’ve heard of set for a big 2025”.

He described the 25-year-old as a “superstar” in the making and said he’d be a “great buy for any team”.

Honigstein said: “He is really dynamic, a wide forward who can play through the middle.

“Some people have compared him to Mohamed Salah, perhaps not as tricky or as explosive but his finishing is incredible.

“He came to Germany aged 18 and for six years we didn’t think he would set the world alight, but this season he explodes and we are now talking about €80million (£67million) for him.

“There is a big move ahead for him. It is very unlikely Frankfurt will keep him and he is going to be a superstar.

“He would be a great buy for any team – there will be a lot of competition for him.”

How Marmoush has fared this season

Marmoush has enjoyed a wonderful season for Frankfurt, registering 18 goals and 12 assists in just 24 club appearances in all competitions.

He has already won the Player of the Month award in the German top flight on two occasions, winning in September and November.

Marmoush is currently the second top scorer in the Bundesliga with 13 goals in 15 appearances, just one behind Bayern Munich's Harry Kane.

Likelihood of Marmoush leaving Frankfurt in January

Sadly for the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City, it doesn’t look as though Marmoush will be on the move in January.

Sources close to Frankfurt have told TBR Football that they are firmly focused on securing Champions League football and they do not believe their star will push for a move this month.

And with regards to the player himself, TBR Football sources have learned that he is focused on helping Frankfurt's top-four push in the Bundesliga and will not angle for a move away.
